Shipping Policy

Orders of $250 or more qualify for free standard shipping. This offer applies to shipments within the contiguous United States only and is based on the merchandise subtotal before taxes, discounts, and shipping charges.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are handled separately and may require additional shipping charges. Oversized, freight, special-order, or otherwise excluded items may not qualify for free shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Some items, including custom, final sale, or special-order items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
